I do not start by asking how many fields a form needs. I start by asking what decision the information must support.

Define what happens after submission

If every lead receives the same generic reply, collecting ten fields is usually unnecessary. If requests need to be routed by service, urgency, market or budget, a few structured questions can save time.

Ask only what changes the next step

Name, email, website, main need and a short message are often enough. Budget or timeframe can be optional unless they materially improve qualification.

Reduce friction with clarity

Explain what happens after sending, why information is requested and when a reply can be expected. Keep the mobile form simple and readable.

Connect the form to follow-up

Pass the source page, language and campaign data when possible, then route the lead into the right email, CRM or manual follow-up flow.

Your site gets contacts but qualification is weak?

I can review the form and the journey around it.
