For Morocco, I pay attention to French, Arabic and English variants, but I do not assume that the same topic deserves the same wording in every language.

Start with the language customers actually use

Collect phrases from Search Console, customer messages, sales calls, Google suggestions, forums and competitor SERPs. A technically correct term may be less useful than the phrase customers naturally use.

Classify the intent

Separate informational questions, comparison searches, local searches and transactional searches. A blog article should not compete with a service page for the same commercial intent.

Use volume and difficulty as context, not commands

Low-volume terms can be valuable when they describe a high-value problem. Search Console can reveal terms your site already appears for even when third-party tools underestimate them.

Map each keyword group to one best page

Cluster queries that share the same intent and assign them to a service page, category, product or article. This reduces cannibalisation and makes internal linking clearer.
